  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order.
  • We accept various payment methods Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, UPI, Net banking and Wallets for our payments.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We will use reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe.
  • Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control.
  • Shipping costs are as stated at the time of order.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • We offer a 3-day return policy for unused and undamaged products.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Product Warranty

  • Gliderz Sports offers a 1 month warranty on all paddles and balls against manufacturing defects.
  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of our products is limited to the purchase price of the product.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights in the Gliderz Sports website and its content are owned by us or our licensors.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
