Core Preparation & Face Bonding
High-density polypropylene honeycomb core is precision-cut to exact 13mm or 16mm thickness. Carbon fiber or fiberglass face sheets are then bonded under controlled pressure – creating a solid, vibration-dampening sandwich structure.

Shape Cutting & Edge Finishing
Each paddle is precision-cut into Regular, Oval, or Elongated shape using CNC-guided tooling. TPE edge guards are applied to protect against court impacts and long-term wear.

UV Printing & Handle Assembly
Vibrant UV true color printing is applied to the paddle face and handle for custom branding. The ergonomic anti-shock handle is then fitted and wrapped with high-grip cushion tape.

Every batch is tested for weight (220–230g), balance, stiffness, and face deflection before shipment – ensuring consistent quality and tournament-ready performance on every paddle.
