Refund and Return Policy

This policy applies to products bought on gliderzpickleball.com from Gliderz Sports Equipments Private Limited, Gat No. 812, Mumbai-Bangalore Highway, Velu, Khed Shivapur, Pune, Maharashtra 412205, India.

1. Return window

You can request a return within 3 days of delivery for products that are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.

2. Items that cannot be returned

  • Custom, personalised or logo-branded paddles made to your design, unless they arrive defective or different from the approved mockup.
  • Products that show signs of use, wear or damage caused after delivery.
  • Bulk / corporate orders, which follow the terms agreed in your quotation.

3. Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, and Gliderz will bear the return shipping cost.

4. Return shipping cost

For returns that are not due to a defect or our error, the customer pays the return shipping cost.

5. How to request a return

  1. Email play@gliderzpickleball.com or WhatsApp +91 83290 78521 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will confirm whether the item is eligible and share the return address or pickup details.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the credit.
Any shipping charge paid on the original order is non-refundable, except when the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

7. Warranty

All Gliderz paddles and balls carry a 1-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, edge chipping from hitting the court, or damage caused by misuse.
