Shipping Policy

Gliderz ships pickleball paddles, balls and accessories from our factory in Pune, Maharashtra to customers across India.
1. Where we ship
We deliver to all serviceable PIN codes in India. International orders (export, wholesale and OEM) are handled on enquiry, and pricing, shipping and customs details are confirmed directly with our team for each order.
2. Order processing time
Ready-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery time

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather or other events outside our control.
4. Shipping charges
Shipping across India is calculated automatically at checkout:
- Paddles: free shipping on up to 5 paddles in one order. Each paddle above 5 adds ₹50 (for example, 7 paddles = ₹100).
- Balls with paddles: free – no shipping charge for balls when your order includes at least one paddle.
- Balls only: free shipping on ball orders of ₹999 or more; ₹150 for ball-only orders below ₹999.
The final shipping amount is always shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping for corporate, custom-branded and international orders is quoted separately.
5. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is not available at the moment. You can pay securely online by credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking or wallet through Razorpay.
6. Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we send the tracking link by WhatsApp and email.
7. GST invoice
A GST invoice is included with every order. For B2B and bulk orders, enter your GSTIN at checkout.
8. Damaged parcels
If the parcel looks damaged on delivery, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund and Return Policy.
